Refund Policy
At Tulvo, we want you to have confidence in your subscription. Contact support@tulvo.io if you believe you were charged incorrectly or are dissatisfied. Requests are reviewed case by case.
Approved refunds are issued as Tulvo account credits, not cash or returns to the original payment method.
Subscription Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions: contact us within 3 days of the invoice date.
- Annual subscriptions: contact us within 30 days of the invoice date.
Accidental Member Charges
Request prorated credits within 3 days after removing mistakenly added members.
How Refunds Are Issued
Credits are added to your account, usable toward future subscriptions or eligible purchases, not exchangeable for cash, and not transferable unless approved.
Exceptions
Tulvo may deny requests involving fraud, abuse, Terms violations, or other inappropriate circumstances.
