1.About Tulvo
Tulvo is an AI-powered business operating system provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
3.User Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, report unauthorized access, and remain responsible for account activity.
4.Acceptable Use
Do not violate law, upload malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, reverse engineer, create harmful content, or infringe rights.
5.AI-Generated Content
Outputs may contain errors. Review generated content before production use.
6.Customer Data
You retain ownership of uploaded data. Tulvo may process it to operate the platform, generate requested outputs, improve performance, and maintain security.
7.Intellectual Property
Tulvo software, AI systems, branding, designs, logos, interface, and technology remain Tulvo property.
8.Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
9.Free Plan
Free features may be limited, modified, or discontinued.
10.Cancellation
Cancel at any time; paid features remain available through the current billing period.
11.Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
12.Third-Party Services
Tulvo may integrate with third-party services and is not responsible for their policies.
13.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability excludes indirect damages, lost revenue, data loss, interruption, and reliance on AI recommendations, and is capped at amounts paid in the previous twelve months.
14.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Tulvo for claims arising from misuse, violations, or infringement.
15.Termination
Accounts may be suspended for violations, abuse, security threats, or fraud.
16.Changes
Material changes may be communicated through the platform or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
17.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by New Mexico law, with exclusive venue in New Mexico state or federal courts.
